If you feel a strong tingling sensation on the contact area during use, please stop using it immediately.

The NeuroShape requires a headband and USB dongle to be connected to your smartphone by wire. You can set and operate actions through the NeuroShape APP on your smartphone. Currently, only the Android APP and PC APP are available. We will support the iPhone APP in the future.

What are the recommended settings for daily uses?

People may experience different effects, so there is no standard settings. Generally, we recommend using it for 20 minutes once a day. Intensity Levels 1 is a level that less-sensitive people cannot recognize, and levels 2 is a level where a slight tingling sensation is felt, but there is a large difference in sensation from person to person. You can use it at a level that does not cause inconvenience.

How much water is appropriate for sponges in the headband?

It is recommended that the sponges are completely wet. Water may drip when you squeeze the sponges. Please make sure to pull out the sponges and dry them after use.

What is the flashing sensation in the vision when using the product? Is it safe?

Accepted Answer

You may feel flashing sensation in your vision when using it because the changing current may interact your eyes. The moments of off-to-on and on-to-off status changes are examples. It is reported that it is not harmful. However, if this annoys you,  it is recommended that you should set a lower current level or place your headband further away from your eyes.
